This position is responsible for all aspects of administrative operations, warehouse operations (if applicable), consignment pick-up service, and customer relations at the store level. Objectives are achieved both hands on and through the management and coordination of other associates.
Achieves and/or exceeds sales objectives by servicing the customer in a manner compatible with the AFC standard of excellence. Interacts with sales, office, and corporate staff to accomplish company goals. Responsible for sales invoice entry, tagging merchandise and showroom maintenance.
Drives, pick-up merchandise from consignors, ensures a great experience, off-load merchandise at store.
Performs manual and clerical duties related to customer pick-ups, receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise to sales floor. Provides other labor and custodial services as needed related to the general up-keep of the store’s interior and exterior presence.
Repair and touch up furniture on site at store/warehouse.
Performs cleaning tasks and other related duties to achieve the overall AFC Standards of Cleanliness.
